Terms and conditions: Unless otherwise directed all work requests will be scheduled for normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm). All service requests are completed on a first come first serve basis. All time and materials expended for this work request will be billed according to our billing rates (see rates below). All service requests/jobs will be billed a minimum of four (4) hour crew fee and any applicable material costs. Payment terms: Payable upon receipt of invoice. All service requests will include billable hours for a foreman and a mechanic. Hourly rates for each are listed below. Leak stoppage, if any, cannot be guaranteed.
