SCHEDULE A REPAIR
CULBERTSON COMPANY OF VIRGINIA, LLC SERVICE REQUEST AGREEMENT:
Terms and conditions: Unless otherwise directed all work requests will be scheduled for normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:00 pm). All service requests are completed on a first come first serve basis. All time and materials expended for this work request will be billed according to our billing rates (see rates below). All service requests/jobs will be billed a minimum of four (4) hour crew fee and any applicable material costs. Payment terms: Payable upon receipt of invoice. All service requests will include billable hours for a foreman and a mechanic. Hourly rates for each are listed below. Leak stoppage, if any, cannot be guaranteed.
BILLING RATES ARE PER HOUR UNLESS NOTED.
MAINTENANCE OR CONCERNS?
We are willing and able to perform annual or semi-annual roof inspections for buildings that have aging roof systems. This thoughtful service will provide building owners and managers with the opportunity to keep their investment protected from unwanted leaks and expensive damage claims.
